Sheltair Aviation Founder Jerry Holland and COO Todd Anderson Selected for NATA’s Highest Honors
Sheltair Aviation founder Jerry Holland and chief operating officer Todd Anderson have been selected for major honors from the National Air Transportation Association, recognizing leadership and contributions to the aviation services sector. The awards are scheduled to be presented during NATA’s November event in Denver.

Holland, who died in 2025, built Sheltair into one of the largest privately owned FBO and aviation real-estate networks in the United States and will receive NATA’s highest award posthumously. The recognition follows Sheltair’s recent creation of four $8,000 scholarships carrying Holland’s name, extending his legacy into aviation workforce development.

NVOII is highlighting the honors as part of its leadership coverage because the development recognizes both the entrepreneurial foundation of a major FBO network and the executives responsible for continuing its operation. Leadership transitions and institutional continuity are increasingly important across the FBO sector as networks expand, consolidate and invest heavily in new infrastructure.
