Hadid International Services is expanding support for international business aviation arrivals after gaining U.S. Customs and Border Protection approval under the Reimbursable Services Program. The arrangement can facilitate passenger and crew clearances outside normal CBP operating hours, subject to local coordination and availability.

The approval covers Bangor, Cleveland Hopkins, Fort Lauderdale Executive, King County–Boeing Field, Los Angeles International, Palm Beach, San Antonio, Teterboro and Westchester County airports. Hadid says its wider support network includes staff and representatives across more than 70 countries, particularly in the Middle East and Africa.

NVOII considers the U.S. access operationally relevant for trip planners managing late arrivals, schedule changes or missions connecting remote regions with major American business aviation gateways. The approval does not replace immigration requirements or guarantee after-hours clearance; operators still need to coordinate the service for each flight and confirm airport-specific arrangements before departure.
