Flexjet Opens $34 Million Private Terminal at Farnborough Airport in Major European Expansion
NVOII is reporting a major infrastructure investment from Flexjet at Farnborough Airport, where the fractional operator has opened a new private terminal supporting its expanding European operation. The approximately $34 million facility combines private-client hospitality with operational and training functions, creating a purpose-built base at one of Europe’s most important business aviation airports.

The terminal includes dedicated owner facilities and a Gulfstream G700 cabin mock-up, while Flexjet is also using the Farnborough location to strengthen the operational infrastructure behind its European fleet. The investment follows continued expansion by the U.S.-based fractional provider across Europe, including its growing aircraft and helicopter operations.

For the fractional market, the development shows how competition is moving beyond aircraft alone. Dedicated terminals allow operators to control more of the customer journey while simultaneously supporting crews, dispatch, training and fleet operations. Farnborough gives Flexjet a strategically important platform near London as it attempts to translate its North American fractional model into broader international growth.
