Linfox Takes Delivery of Australia’s First Airbus H160 as Corporate Aviation Fleet Modernizes

Australian logistics and supply-chain group Linfox has taken delivery of the first Airbus H160 in Australia, introducing the next-generation twin-engine helicopter into the country. The aircraft will be used for corporate transportation, with Airbus confirming the delivery on September 15.

The H160 incorporates Airbus’ Blue Edge rotor blades, a canted Fenestron tail rotor and the Helionix avionics suite, technologies designed to improve efficiency, reduce external noise and support pilot workload management. The aircraft occupies the medium twin-engine helicopter category and is targeted at missions ranging from private and business aviation to offshore transport and public services.

The first Australian delivery gives Airbus an important new reference aircraft in the Asia-Pacific corporate helicopter market.
