Private aviation financial technology company Goodwin⁠ has acquired DineUp, bringing AI-powered aircraft catering directly into the same digital workflow brokers use for charter proposals, payments and trip accounting. The September 15 deal extends Goodwin’s platform into an operational area traditionally managed through separate vendors, phone calls, invoices and manual coordination.

DineUp allows brokers and passengers to browse restaurants, private chefs and catering options matched to an aircraft, departure location and individual trip, then order and monitor delivery digitally. Catering charges flow into Goodwin’s Dynamic Trip Ledger for invoicing and accounting. According to company figures reviewed by NVOII, Goodwin’s active broker customers have increased 705% year over year, while flight legs generated through the platform rose 600%.

The integration will initially roll out to selected Goodwin brokers in supported cities before expanding to operators and FBOs. The acquisition is a small transaction in physical aviation terms but a revealing one technologically, as private charter platforms increasingly attempt to consolidate fragmented trip-management functions into connected digital ecosystems.
