Altitude Parts Acquires Fly Alliance Inventory With More Than 42,000 Business Aircraft Components

Altitude Parts has acquired Fly Alliance’s aircraft parts inventory and warehouse operations, significantly expanding its position in the business aviation aftermarket. The Orlando-based operation now houses more than $150 million in assets, including inventory sourced from 156 disassembled aircraft and more than 42,000 individual components.

The business traces its roots to Fly Alliance’s internal parts division before becoming independent. The acquisition gives Altitude Parts a larger platform for parts distribution, aircraft disassembly and engine trading. Manny Perez has also been promoted to president and partner and will lead logistics alongside the existing sales, warehouse and operational teams.

Parts availability has become increasingly important as aging business aircraft remain in service and operators seek alternatives to lengthy OEM supply chains. Bermuda–Boston Air Ambulance Missing Near Nantucket With Six Aboard

The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for a Gulfstream G100 air ambulance carrying six people after it lost contact during a flight from Bermuda to Boston early Saturday, October 3.
