Beyond Aero is working with Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur to prepare French Riviera airports for future hydrogen-powered business jet operations, supporting development of the startup’s BYA-1 hydrogen-electric aircraft. The partners are evaluating a phased hydrogen infrastructure strategy designed to grow alongside future aircraft operations.

The collaboration addresses one of hydrogen aviation’s biggest challenges: aircraft cannot become commercially practical without airports capable of safely storing and dispensing the fuel.
