Atlantic Aviation has been valued at nearly $10 billion after funds managed by Apollo Global Management acquired a significant interest in the major North American FBO operator, underscoring investor appetite for business aviation infrastructure.

Existing investor KKR will remain a substantial shareholder following the transaction, creating a new ownership structure around one of the largest fixed-base operator networks in private aviation.
