flyExclusive Appoints Brian Reid Chief Commercial Officer to Drive Fractional, Jet Club and Private Charter Growth

flyExclusive has appointed private aviation veteran Brian P. Reid as Chief Commercial Officer effective August 24, strengthening its executive leadership as the company targets further growth across fractional ownership, Jet Club and private jet charter.

Reid will oversee a broad commercial portfolio encompassing Fractional, Jet Club, Retail Charter, Marketing, Fleet Development and Member Services, while also leading strategy across sales, pricing and partnerships.

The appointment follows a strong second quarter for flyExclusive. The company reported revenue of $111.1 million, up 22% year over year, while adjusted EBITDA reached $4.2 million. Flight hours increased 8% despite the company operating a fleet 6% smaller than during the comparable period.

Reid brings more than 30 years of experience spanning private aviation and other premium consumer businesses. His previous aviation work included developing partnerships with major organizations including American Express, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Costco.

For flyExclusive, the appointment comes as the company works to increase recurring revenue and strengthen integration between aircraft ownership, membership and charter products.

The move also demonstrates continued competition for experienced commercial executives as U.S. private aviation providers fight for fractional and jet-card customers.
