Infinity Aviation Group Acquires FlightServ FBO at Trenton-Mercer Airport

Infinity Aviation Group has acquired FlightServ’s fixed-base operation at Trenton-Mercer Airport in New Jersey, expanding its private aviation FBO network in the U.S. Northeast. The acquisition was announced August 19, 2026.

FlightServ operates from a modern facility at Trenton-Mercer Airport, providing fueling, passenger and crew services, hangar access and other support for business and general aviation customers.

The transaction gives Infinity Aviation a strategically positioned location between the New York and Philadelphia metropolitan areas, strengthening the group’s ability to serve private aircraft operators moving throughout the Northeast corridor.

FlightServ’s Trenton development has grown substantially since the company established operations at the airport, including investment in a large purpose-built FBO and hangar complex designed to accommodate aircraft up to the Gulfstream G650ER and Bombardier Global 7500 class.

Infinity Aviation itself has been expanding as an FBO platform backed by infrastructure investor Igneo Infrastructure Partners, which acquired the company earlier in 2026.

The FlightServ acquisition continues the consolidation trend across the North American business aviation services market.
