FlightPath3D and Gogo Expand Business Aviation Partnership for Private Jet Inflight Technology
FlightPath3D and Gogo are expanding their business aviation technology partnership, strengthening the digital cabin experience available to private jet passengers through interactive flight-tracking and moving-map capabilities.

The extended relationship makes FlightPath3D’s flight-tracking technology available for display directly on passengers’ personal devices through Gogo’s business aviation ecosystem. The development was announced on August 18 as operators continue investing in digital cabin technology alongside faster inflight connectivity.

FlightPath3D already has a substantial presence in private aviation. Its moving-map technology is deployed aboard more than 1,500 business and government aircraft, while Gogo has previously incorporated FlightPath3D technology into its Gogo Vision inflight entertainment platform.

The partnership is significant as expectations for the connected private jet cabin continue evolving. Passengers increasingly expect aircraft entertainment and information services to function seamlessly across their own phones and tablets rather than depending exclusively on permanently installed cabin displays.

For business aircraft operators, technologies that integrate connectivity, entertainment and real-time flight information can also improve the passenger experience without requiring extensive cabin modifications.

As high-speed satellite connectivity expands across business aviation, software-driven cabin services such as interactive moving maps are becoming another competitive element in the premium private aviation experience.
