Private jet charter brokerage Luxury Aircraft Solutions has launched Corporate Accounts, a new platform structure designed specifically for corporate flight departments, executive assistants and family offices coordinating private aviation for multiple travelers.

The system gives individual team members separate logins within a shared company account, allowing trip requests, charter quotes and confirmed flights to remain visible across the organization. It also separates the person arranging a flight, the passenger signing the agreement and the party responsible for payment—roles that are frequently handled by different people in corporate aviation.

Each account is assigned a Charter Specialist familiar with the company’s aircraft preferences, principals and operating requirements. The service is also aimed at flight departments needing supplemental charter lift when a company aircraft is unavailable for maintenance, lacks sufficient range or cannot accommodate simultaneous trips.

Luxury Aircraft says its proprietary platform manages trip requests, quotes, contracts and itineraries in one place, while customer interactions remain handled by human charter specialists rather than AI.

The launch reflects continued investment in private aviation booking and flight-management technology, particularly tools designed around the more complex requirements of corporate aircraft users rather than individual charter customers.
