Privaira Aviation Rebrands as TLC Jet, Unifying Private Jet Charter and Aircraft Management Operations

Privaira Aviation is officially becoming part of the TLC Jet brand, bringing private jet charter, aircraft management and aviation support services together under a unified platform following TLC Aviation’s acquisition of Privaira in December 2025.

Under the transition, Privaira’s on-demand charter services and aircraft inventory will operate under the TLC Jet name. Flight operations will continue through the same FAA Part 135 certificated air carrier, Sky One Holdings, with its doing-business-as name changing from Privaira to TLC Jet.

The consolidation gives TLC Jet additional capabilities in aircraft management, charter and brokerage while retaining Privaira’s existing personnel and operational standards. The company says Privaira’s ARGUS Platinum safety rating and IS-BAO Stage II certification will also remain part of the operation.

Existing charter customers are expected to continue working with the same aviation professionals as TLC transitions its websites, digital platforms and other customer touchpoints over the coming months.

The rebrand represents another example of consolidation within the U.S. private aviation market, where charter operators and aircraft management companies are increasingly combining resources, fleets and customer platforms to build larger integrated aviation businesses.

Bermuda–Boston Air Ambulance Missing Near Nantucket With Six Aboard
