United Aviation Services has completed its acquisition of Mallorcair at Palma de Mallorca Airport, strengthening its business aviation ground-handling and FBO network across Spain and expanding its presence in one of Europe’s most important Mediterranean private aviation destinations.

Mallorcair, established in 1991, provides 24-hour executive aviation handling and FBO services in Mallorca, supporting private jets, business aircraft, passengers and crews operating through Palma de Mallorca. The company will continue operating under the Mallorcair brand, with its existing management team and founding family remaining involved following the acquisition.

The transaction brings Mallorcair into the wider United Aviation Services network, which has operations at 22 Spanish airports, including major business aviation destinations such as Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Ibiza and Menorca.

United Aviation Services is part of Stellair Group, whose international network includes FBO and ground-handling locations across multiple countries.

The acquisition strengthens United Aviation Services’ position in Spain while giving the group a larger presence in the high-demand Balearic Islands private aviation market.

With Mallorca attracting significant seasonal private jet traffic, the deal reflects continued investment and consolidation across Europe’s competitive FBO, ground-handling and business aviation services sector.
