Signature Aviation Opens New Private Terminal at Glasgow Airport

Signature Aviation has opened a new private aviation terminal at Glasgow Airport (GLA), strengthening its presence in Scotland and continuing the modernisation of its global FBO network.

The new facility provides 433 square metres, or nearly 5,000 square feet, of space designed around a more premium and private passenger experience. Amenities include an expansive main lounge, dedicated VIP lounge, business meeting room, showers and a private screening room.

The investment gives business aviation passengers and crews an upgraded gateway to Glasgow while supporting growing business and leisure traffic throughout Scotland. Signature says the facility reflects its strategy of combining operational efficiency with a more hospitality-focused experience across its international network.

The Glasgow opening is part of a wider programme of facility investments planned throughout 2026, with additional new and upgraded Signature locations expected in Westhampton Beach, New York, and Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

For Glasgow Airport, the investment further strengthens its business aviation offering and reinforces the airport’s role as an important gateway for private aircraft travelling to Scotland and the wider UK.
