Jet Aviation Opens Major FBO in Miami-Opa Locka

Jet Aviation has officially opened its new FBO at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, completing a major investment in one of South Florida’s busiest business aviation markets. The facility became fully operational on 24 July 2026 following the launch of initial services in November 2025.

Built across 27 acres, the new location includes an 8,500-square-foot terminal and 40,000 square feet of new hangar space, providing expanded support for private and corporate aircraft operating through Miami.

Opa Locka has become an increasingly important gateway for business aviation, offering convenient access to Miami while serving significant traffic between the United States, Caribbean and Latin America.

The opening gives Jet Aviation its 12th FBO location in the United States and strengthens the company’s already significant presence in South Florida.

For operators and passengers, the investment adds another premium handling option at an airport experiencing continued business aviation growth while expanding Jet Aviation’s global FBO network.
