Daher Expands TBM Production with New Florida Assembly Line
Daher Aircraft is expanding its U.S. manufacturing footprint with plans for a new final assembly line at its Stuart, Florida facility, supporting increased production of the company’s TBM and Kodiak aircraft families. The site already manufactures major aerostructures for Boeing and Gulfstream and has undergone significant investment since Daher acquired the facility in 2022.

The expansion comes as demand for Daher’s high-performance turboprops remains strong. The manufacturer delivered 51 TBM 960s in 2025, while its newest TBM 980 has built an order book extending into mid-2027. Daher is targeting more than 60 TBM 980 deliveries in 2026, potentially setting a new annual production record for the programme.

Adding aircraft assembly capability in Florida represents an important shift for Daher, whose TBM production has traditionally been centred in Tarbes, France, while Kodiak aircraft are produced in Idaho.

The investment strengthens Daher’s North American manufacturing presence while providing additional capacity to support future growth across both aircraft families.
