Embraer Unveils Phenom 300EV with Major Performance and Safety Enhancements

Embraer⁠ has unveiled the Phenom 300EV, the latest evolution of its best-selling light jet, introducing significant upgrades across safety, performance, avionics and cabin comfort. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2028.

Among the biggest additions is Garmin Emergency Autoland, making the Phenom 300EV the largest business jet equipped with the technology. The aircraft also gains rudder-by-wire, autobrake, enhanced runway and taxi awareness and additional capabilities within the Garmin G3000 Prodigy Touch flight deck.

Performance improves too, with range increasing to 2,055 nautical miles and maximum payload rising by approximately 430 pounds. The aircraft retains speeds of up to Mach 0.80.

Inside, passengers gain worldwide LEO connectivity through Gogo Galileo, improved temperature control, an air ionisation system, redesigned refreshment centre and an odourless vacuum lavatory. Starlink will also be available through an aftermarket solution.

The 300EV represents a substantial evolution of an already successful platform, strengthening Embraer’s position in the increasingly competitive light-jet market.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection says eligible travelers can now use its Mobile Passport Control app at nearly 40 general aviation airports. Bermuda–Boston Air Ambulance Missing Near Nantucket With Six Aboard

The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for a Gulfstream G100 air ambulance carrying six people after it lost contact during a flight from Bermuda to Boston early Saturday, October 3.
