NBAA Appoints Emily Deaton as Senior Vice President
The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has appointed Emily Deaton as its new Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sales, a newly created executive role designed to strengthen member engagement and drive the association’s future growth. Deaton joins NBAA after serving as CEO of jetAVIVA, where she helped expand one of the world’s leading business aircraft brokerages through strategic growth and international partnerships.

In her new position, Deaton will lead the development of new products, member services and strategic partnerships while helping NBAA respond to the rapidly evolving business aviation landscape. The role reflects the association’s focus on supporting emerging technologies, changing business models and the next generation of aviation professionals. NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen described Deaton as an innovative leader with a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful growth for the organisations she serves.

Before joining jetAVIVA, Deaton held business development roles with Embraer Executive Jets and has been recognised as one of NBAA’s Top 40 Under 40 professionals. Her appointment signals NBAA’s continued investment in expanding value for its more than 10,000 members while ensuring the association remains at the forefront of business aviation as the industry continues to evolve.
