Jet Aviation Expands Into Denver Market With New Rocky Mountain FBO

Jet Aviation has signed a 30-year lease to develop and operate a new fixed-base operation (FBO) at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport, significantly expanding its presence in the western United States.

The state-of-the-art 15-acre facility will feature a 7,500-square-foot FBO terminal, 70,000 square feet of hangar space and more than 200,000 square feet of ramp area. Construction is expected to begin in 2027, with operations scheduled to commence in 2028.

Located just northwest of downtown Denver, Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is a key gateway for business aviation, offering convenient access to Colorado’s business centres and popular mountain destinations, including Aspen and Vail. The new FBO will strengthen Jet Aviation’s North American network while providing operators with premium ground handling, hangarage and passenger services.
