Otto Aviation Finalises Phantom 3500 Design as Flight Test Vehicle Development Advances
Otto Aviation has frozen the design of its all composite Phantom 3500, allowing the programme to move fully into production preparation and hardware development.

The company is now progressing with construction of the first flight test vehicle while sourcing major components from suppliers ahead of the planned test campaign. Finalising the aircraft configuration marks a significant step toward transitioning from engineering development into physical assembly and validation.

The Phantom 3500 continues to attract attention for its unconventional aerodynamic design and focus on laminar flow technology aimed at improving fuel efficiency and reducing drag compared with traditional business jets.

Attention now shifts toward supplier execution, structural fabrication and certification planning as Otto advances toward first flight and future programme milestones.
