Vista America Restructures Fleet as G400 Retired and Citation Excel Jets Shift to JetSelect
Vista America is continuing to optimise its Part 135 fleet structure, retiring its only G400 aircraft while transferring Citation Excel jets between operating certificates to improve utilisation and alignment across its brands.

The company has phased out a Gulfstream G400 previously operated within its network, marking the end of that type within its active charter fleet. At the same time, three Cessna Citation Excel aircraft have been moved from Red Wing Aviation’s Part 135 certificate to JetSelect Aviation, introducing the type into JetSelect’s operational fleet for the first time.

These changes reflect a broader strategy to streamline fleet composition and optimise aircraft placement across Vista America’s operating platforms, including Jet Edge, JetSelect and other affiliated certificates. By reallocating aircraft, the group aims to improve dispatch reliability, operational efficiency and market responsiveness.

Fleet restructuring continues to be a key focus for large operators as they adapt to shifting demand patterns and operational priorities in the business aviation sector.
