• Seeking an Aircraft Customer Delivery Manager to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and quality-focused aircraft deliveries.
• Main point of contact for customers during the entire maintenance process, from planning to post-visit follow-up.
• Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, customer service, and CAMO teams, as well as planning and purchasing materials.
• Requires strong project coordination and customer focus, overseeing daily progress to support internal stakeholders and customers.
• Key tasks include leading pre-input planning, managing work packs, parts preordering, and resource coordination.
• Control emergent works with effective communication, cost tracking, and approval through Service Edge.
• Participate in quality audits, manage budgets, and handle supplier quality issues.
• Essential qualifications: experience in aircraft production planning, knowledge of Part 145/Part M regulations, project management skills, advanced computer literacy, and excellent communication.
• Advantageous: technical qualifications, experience in aircraft parts purchasing, team leadership, and familiarity with MRO planning software.
