• Currently hiring a Licensed GCAA/FAA Flight Dispatcher for the operations team in Dubai.
• Qualifications Required:
- GCAA/FAA Dispatch License.
• Experience Required:
- 5 years in the aviation industry, with 2 years in dispatch for a private operator within the Middle East.
- In-depth knowledge of ground operations, dispatch, flight planning, ETOPS/NAT, and regulations (EASA/GCAA).
• Skills Required:
- Excellent communication in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Character Profile:
- Professional, trustworthy, organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, good communicator, and team player.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and operational control.
- Provide customer support and serve as a communication link among clients, crews, and various operational stakeholders.
- Manage flight planning, regulatory documentation, crew scheduling, and operational documentation.
- Monitor enroute conditions and assist with shifts and overtime as needed.
- Participate in safety reviews and investigations, promoting a positive safety culture.
