Job Purpose:
• The F&B Attendant prepares food and drinks for terminal guests and ensures high hospitality standards and compliance with Food Health & Safety regulations.
Duties & Accountabilities:
• Check schedules for flights and make necessary arrangements.
• Assist guests at the Bell desk/Reception and handle queries efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with service styles set by supervisors.
• Stay informed about terminal offerings, maintain cleanliness, and manage food and beverage stocks.
• Report issues to supervisors and fill out incident reports when necessary.
• Support team members during busy times.
Compliance-related Duties:
• Follow organizational procedures and document evidence of performance.
• Understand and comply with health and safety responsibilities as outlined by the organization.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or official certification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry, particularly in F&B.
• Must be fluent in English, possess intermediate IT skills, and have a good understanding of food hygiene and standards.
