• Work Environment: Based at the Fixed Based Operator (FBO) in Opa Locka, FL, involves teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced setting focused on customer service.
• Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliability.
- Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Mechanical experience preferred; line and ramp experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and outdoor conditions.
• Core Responsibilities:
- Safely manage ground operations including fueling, towing, and marshalling.
- Provide excellent customer service with luggage and transportation assistance.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Report hazards and support a safety culture.
• Work Schedule:
- 24/7 operation with initially assigned overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM).
- Salary range: $20 - $22 hourly, equivalent to $41,000 - $45,000 annually, plus bonuses.
