Gulfstream GIV Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation is hiring a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at KOAK airport.
• The role requires teamwork and a commitment to excellence in service and safety.
• Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with FAA and Solairus policies.
- Monitor staff appearance and conduct.
- Coordinate training and maintenance flight schedules.
- Develop efficient aircraft scheduling procedures.
- Approve Personal Time Off (PTO) and handle aircraft schedule changes.
- Conduct personnel meetings for coordination and problem-solving.
- Approve expense accounts and participate in hiring processes.
- Collaborate with Client Responsible Officer on operational issues.
- Maintain training records and ensure timely submission of data.
- Promote customer goodwill through quality service and professionalism.
- Involve in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation.
• Qualifications:
- Total flying time: 3000 hours; includes PIC and MEL hours.
- Prefer NBAA CAM certification and strong management background.
- Experience in flight operations training and budget management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with best practices in flight operations.
• Must be willing to relocate within two hours of KOAK and work on an on-call basis.
• Salary range: $50,000 to $500,000 based on various factors.
