• Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for the KBED airport.
• Ideal candidates should demonstrate teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
• Responsibilities include:
- Supervising personnel for compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitoring appearance and conduct of team members.
- Coordinating and reviewing crew and maintenance training.
- Developing efficient scheduling procedures for aircraft.
- Approving PTO and updating flight coordinators about schedule changes.
- Conducting meetings for coordination and goodwill among personnel.
- Participating in hiring processes and soliciting input from Client Responsible Officers.
- Maintaining training records and submitting operations data.
- Promoting customer service and company reputation.
- Engaging in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
• Qualifications:
- Total flying time of 3000 hours with specific experience in various flight aspects.
- Preferred management background and NBAA CAM certification.
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KBED.
• Salary ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 based on various factors.
