• A Flight Support Representative is needed in Malta to report to the Head of Flight Support.
• Key responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for brokers and clients for trip-related needs.
- Coordinating daily operations and updating internal systems on flight changes.
- Providing alternative solutions for restrictions and ensuring documentation is available.
- Maintaining high customer service standards and adhering to procedures.
- Assisting with catering coordination.
• Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office and clear communication skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.
