Challenger 605 Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation is hiring a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for KMQS airport.

• Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and other regulations.
- Monitor personal appearance and conduct of staff.
- Maintain communication and documentation pertaining to operations and training.
- Coordinate schedules for crew and maintenance personnel, promoting efficiency.
- Conduct meetings to address issues, disseminate information, and foster goodwill among staff.
- Approve PTO requests and expense accounts for personnel.
- Participate in personnel interviews and revisions of operational manuals.
- Keep accurate training and operational records for crew members.
- Engage in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation.
• Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours (includes specific PIC and MEL requirements).
- Management background with strong leadership skills required.
- Preferable qualifications include NBAA CAM certification and experience in flight operations training.
- Necessary skills include budget management and effective communication.
- Must be reachable for on-call work and reside within two hours of KMQS.
• Compensation: Ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 depending on various factors.
