• Position: Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at KTEB airport.
• Team Role: Must be a team player, striving for excellence.
• Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel for compliance with policies and regulations.
- Ensure high standards of personal appearance and conduct.
- Maintain current memorandums and coordinate crew training.
- Develop efficient aircraft scheduling procedures.
- Approve PTO and update flight coordinators on schedule changes.
- Conduct personnel meetings to promote communication and goodwill.
- Approve expenses and participate in hiring processes.
- Collaborate with the Client Responsible Officer on substantive issues.
- Submit reports and maintain training records.
- Support the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours, including 1500 PIC and MEL hours.
- Experience in flight operations training and budget management.
- Preferred: NBAA CAM certification, advanced training, and strong communication skills.
• Additional: Requires first-class medical certification, willingness to relocate to Northeast USA, and annual ICAO training.
• Salary: Ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 based on multiple factors.
