• Position: Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at KVNY airport.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor appearance, conduct, and dress code of staff.
- Maintain and update operational manuals and training records.
- Coordinate crew training and aircraft maintenance schedules.
- Approve personal time off and expenses for personnel.
- Engage in problem-solving and promote goodwill through meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of operational data and maintain training currency.
- Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
• Qualifications:
- 3000 total flight hours; specific hourly requirements for PIC, MEL, and turbojet experience.
- Preferable management background with proven leadership skills.
- NBAA CAM certification or relevant leadership training is a plus.
- Experience in flight operations training and budget management.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be on-call and near KVNY.
