• Solairus Aviation is hiring a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for the KBDL airport.
• The role requires a team player dedicated to excellence in meeting client travel needs while upholding Solairus’ service and safety culture.
• Responsibilities include supervising personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of dress and conduct.
• Coordination of crew and maintenance personnel training, scheduling of aircraft operations, and approving personal time off (PTO) are key duties.
• The CAM will conduct meetings, participate in hiring processes, and maintain training records for all personnel assigned.
• Candidates should have a total of 3000 flight hours, including specific experience requirements in PIC, MEL, and turbo jet operations, along with a management background.
• Preferred qualifications include NBAA CAM certification, budget management experience, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis, complete annual ICAO training, and be willing to relocate within 2 hours of KBDL.
• Salaries range from $50,000 to $500,000 based on various factors including experience and job duties.
