- 3000 total flight hours with 1500 as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and 500 in Multi-Engine Land (MEL).

- First-class medical certification.
- On-call availability and completion of annual ICAO training.
- Must reside within a 2-hour drive from KBED or be willing to relocate.
