• Position: Full-Time Client Aviation Manager at KSYR airport.

• Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel for compliance with Solairus policies and FAA regulations.
- Monitor personnel appearance and conduct.
- Maintain and file company memorandums.
- Coordinate training for crew and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and approve aircraft scheduling procedures.
- Oversee Personal Time Off requests and scheduling updates.
- Conduct meetings for coordination and information sharing.
- Approve expense accounts and participate in personnel interviews.
- Collaborate with Client Responsible Officer on operational issues.

• Qualifications:
- Total Flight Time: 3000 hours; PIC: 1500 hours; MEL: 1500 hours; Instrument Time: 250 hours; Turbo Jet: 500 hours.
- Management experience and exceptional leadership skills required.
- Preferred: NBAA CAM certification; experience in flight operations training and budget management; college degree or advanced training.
- Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to industry best practices.
- First-class medical certification required; on-call availability needed; must complete annual ICAO training.
- Willingness to relocate within 2 hours of KSYR.
• Compensation: Salary range of $50,000 to $500,000 based on various factors.
