• Position: Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) needed for Solairus Aviation at KBUR airport.
• Team Environment: Requires a team player focused on excellence and adherence to a culture of service, safety, and integrity.
• Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor personal appearance and conduct of staff.
- Maintain current operational memorandums.
- Coordinate training and oversee crew assignments.
- Develop efficient scheduling procedures.
- Conduct personnel meetings and manage communication.
- Approve expense accounts and participate in hiring processes.
- Report operational needs and maintain training records.
- Ensure high-quality service and promotion of goodwill.
- Participate in Safety Management System initiatives.
• Qualifications:
- Total Flight Time: 3000 hours, including 1500 hours as PIC and MEL.
- Turbo Jet Time: 500 hours and Instrument Time: 250 hours.
- Management background and preferred NBAA CAM certification.
- Experience in flight operations and budget management.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be local or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KBUR.
- Must complete annual ICAO training and hold a first-class medical.
