Aviation Dispatcher

• The Dispatch department operates 24/7 and serves as the main communication hub for flight operations.
• Focuses on compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while providing high-level customer service.
• Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying compliance of scheduled flights with FAA regulations and company policy.
- Maintaining situational awareness of ongoing flights.
- Arranging trip logistics to support clients and flight crews.
- Reviewing flight logs and evaluating upcoming flights for compliance issues.
- Confirming flight and duty time limitations.
- Facilitating smooth shift changes for task continuity.
• Qualifications needed:
- Minimum two years of corporate aviation scheduling experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with flight planning software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in teams while maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of aircraft scheduling principles and FAA regulations.
- Organizational skills for detail-oriented work.
• Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000.
