- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government security clearance.

• Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED and a valid Driver’s License.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate with five years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Position Purpose:
- Plan and coordinate mechanical system activities and provide aircraft testing updates.
- Manage manpower for maintenance tasks and system testing.
• Principal Duties:
- Schedule and complete maintenance tasks to meet service deadlines.
- Supervise and instruct aircraft technicians; evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.
- Ensure timely availability of components for maintenance.
- Perform periodic maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Additional Functions:
- Implement 6S and Lean Initiatives for safety and organization.
- Develop goals for subordinates and support company objectives.
• Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of heavy maintenance procedures and relevant technical materials.
- Must maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.
