• Salary: The hourly wage ranges from $36 to $44, translating to an annual salary of $76,000 to $92,000, depending on regional location.
• Location Preference: Candidates near Teterboro, NJ, or Scottsdale, AZ, will be prioritized.
• Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ultra-high net worth individuals and in a concierge service environment.
- Knowledge of the private aviation sector and urgency in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to obtain an Airport ID.
• Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for domestic/international client trips, prepare itineraries, and manage communication with clients.
- Collaborate with crew and operations to ensure flight safety and adherence to regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, manage scheduling challenges, and coordinate catering and transportation.
• Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of compliance with governmental and company regulations.
- Degree in relevant fields and/or dispatch/pilot license is a plus.
