• Location: Los Angeles, CA; Shift: Tuesday - Friday (4/10 Schedule) on Swing Shift.
• Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance work under FAA authority.
- Collaborate with Aircraft Controllers and Quality Assurance Inspectors.
- Conduct performance evaluations and monitor staff.
- Assign tasks to technicians, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Repair Station Manual.
- Manage aircraft downtime and maintain safety standards.
- Support safety programs and company policies.
