• Solairus Aviation is hiring a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for KPDK airport.
• Candidates should excel in teamwork and align with a culture of service, safety, and integrity.
• Responsibilities include:
- Supervising personnel for compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitoring appearance, conduct, and training of staff.
- Coordinating scheduling and training with clients and contractors.
- Managing flight personnel’s time off and updates on schedules.
- Conducting meetings for coordination and goodwill among staff.
- Approving expense accounts and participating in hiring new personnel.
- Submitting reports and maintaining operational manuals.
- Promoting high-quality service and maintaining customer goodwill.
- Engaging in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
• Qualifications required:
- Total flight time of 3000 hours; 1500 hours as PIC and MEL.
- Management background with strong leadership skills.
- Preferably holds NBAA CAM certification or equivalent.
- Experience in flight operations training, budget management, and interpersonal communication.
• Must be on-call, complete annual ICAO training, and possibly relocate to the eastern USA.
• Salary ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 depending on various factors.
