• Role Overview: Client Accounting Specialist (CAS) focuses on processing aircraft-related financial transactions and supporting cash management for aircraft owner bank accounts.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Review vendor invoices and crew expenses for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Code invoices to appropriate accounts and cost centers.
- Communicate with crews and vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to meet payment and reporting deadlines.
- Monitor client bank balances and escalate funding concerns as needed.
- Maintain documentation in Oracle Fusion and follow up on outstanding accounts payable items.
- Generate monthly financial statements and prepare vendor payments.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Qualifications:
- Preferred: Associate degree in Accounting and four years of related experience.
- Skills: Attention to detail, technology adaptation, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Interest in AI tools for improving efficiency is a bonus.
