Phenom 300E Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for its flight department at KTYQ airport.

• Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with policies, FAA, and other regulations.
- Monitor staff appearance and conduct to uphold high standards.
- Coordinate and schedule crew and maintenance training.
- Approve and manage Personal Time Off (PTO) for personnel.
- Conduct meetings to promote coordination and goodwill.
- Participate in hiring processes and submit reports as mandated.
- Maintain training and operational data for personnel.
- Engage in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
• Qualifications:
- Minimum total flight time of 3000 hours with specific hour breakdowns for PIC, MEL, and Turbo Jet experience.
- Preferred NBAA CAM certification and management experience.
- Requires a college degree or advanced training; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must complete annual ICAO training and be within two hours of KTYQ.
• Compensation: Salary range from $50,000 to $500,000, influenced by geography, experience, and job responsibilities.
