• Solairus Aviation is hiring a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for the KRNO airport.
• Candidates must be team-oriented and committed to excellence in performance.
• Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitoring personnel dress code, appearance, and conduct.
- Scheduling and reviewing training for crew and maintenance personnel.
- Developing scheduling procedures for reliable aircraft management.
- Approving Personal Time Off (PTO) for personnel.
- Conducting meetings to coordinate personnel activities and identify problems.
- Approving expense accounts and participating in personnel interviews.
- Submitting reports and maintaining training currency records.
- Promoting customer goodwill and supporting Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
• Qualifications include:
- Total flight time of 3000 hours, with specific hour requirements in various categories.
- Management experience and strong leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include NBAA CAM certification and budget management experience.
- Must have first-class medical and be prepared for on-call duties.
