Non-Flying Client Aviation Manager

• Position: Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at Solairus Aviation.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a flight department with Gulfstream 650 and Global 7500.
- Manage aircraft operation, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for the aircraft owner.
- Oversee administrative tasks, personnel management, and budget oversight.
- Facilitate communication among pilots, crew, maintenance, and stakeholders.
• Essential Duties:
- Conduct safety meetings and performance reviews.
- Act as liaison to align with owner preferences and operational objectives.
- Monitor flight scheduling, training, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage annual operating budget and monitor expenditures.
• Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in aviation management or business administration.
- Experience in leadership and managing operational environments.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and business aviation best practices.
- Strong financial management skills.
