• Position: Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at KSJC airport.

- Supervise compliance with Solairus and FAA policies.
- Monitor personnel appearance, conduct, and training schedules.
- Develop reliable scheduling procedures and handle PTO approvals.
- Conduct personnel meetings and approve expense accounts.
- Participate in the hiring process and manage operational matters.
- Maintain up-to-date operational manuals and records.
- Engage in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
• Qualifications:
- Total time: 3000 hours; PIC: 1500 hours; MEL: 1500 hours.
- Specific requirements: NBAA CAM certification preferred, management experience, interpersonal skills, and budget management.
- Must have a first-class medical and be able to work on-call; relocation within 2 hours of KSJC required.
• Compensation: Salary range between $50,000 to $500,000 based on various factors.
