Challenger 604 Maintenance Supervisor

• Solairus Aviation Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance aspects of assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with company policies and airworthiness standards.

• Key responsibilities include routine maintenance tracking, planning, scheduling, and financial management of maintenance operations.

• Must maintain a valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and lead maintenance activities in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer recommendations.

• Supervises maintenance personnel and coordinates training requirements, while managing maintenance budgets for parts, labor, and equipment.

• Ensures accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs).

• Acts as a liaison between the company and the FAA regarding maintenance policies.

• Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations and recent experience with Challenger 604.
