Challenger 604 Client Aviation Manager

• Position: Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at KSLC airport.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

- Monitor staff appearance and conduct.

- Coordinate training for crew and maintenance personnel.

- Develop scheduling procedures for efficient aircraft management.

- Approve Personal Time Off (PTO) for staff.

- Update flight coordinator about scheduling changes.

- Conduct meetings for coordination and employee goodwill.

- Approve expense accounts and participate in hiring.

- Submit operational reports and revise manuals.

- Maintain training and flight time records.

- Promote quality service and customer goodwill.

- Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.

• Qualifications:

- Total time: 3000 hours (1500 hours PIC, 1500 hours MEL).

- Experience in training and managing flight operations.

- Preferred: NBAA CAM certification, budget management skills, college degree.

- Required: First-class medical certificate, willingness to relocate, annual ICAO training.

• Salary Range: $50,000 to $500,000 based on various factors.
