Vehicle Mechanic

• Position: Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of mechanical equipment, including Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

• Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED.

- 3-4 years’ experience in automotive and truck repair.

- Proficient in technical manuals and schematics.

- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Flexibility in work schedules and ability to work under pressure.

• Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee ground support equipment maintenance.

- Manage safe operations of the maintenance shop.

- Inventory management for fuel and vehicle parts.

- Learn systems of ground power units and aviation refuelers.

- Comply with airport policies and maintain customer relations.

• Work Schedule and Compensation: Dynamic schedule with potential for shift changes. Base salary: $27 - $30 hourly ($56,000 - $62,000 annually) plus performance-based bonus.
