Integrated Marketing Manager, Private Jet Services

• Company Overview: Elevate Aviation Group, founded in 1995, consists of Elevate Jet, Private Jet Services (PJS), and Elevate MRO, focusing on aviation excellence by blending operational expertise with modern technology.

• Position: Integrated Marketing Manager for PJS, reporting to the CMO, responsible for comprehensive marketing functions across diverse enterprise verticals.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Marketing: Lead integrated campaigns, ensure consistent messaging, and collaborate with media agencies.

- Content & Collateral: Create and manage promotional materials tailored to various target audiences while maintaining brand standards.

- Email Marketing: Oversee email campaigns in HubSpot, develop strategies for different client segments.

- Social Media: Manage PJS's social media presence with tailored content for UHNW and B2B audiences.

- Events: Support client events and activities tied to strategic partnerships.

• Qualifications:

- Required: 5-8 years in marketing, with experience in private/business aviation, strong writing skills, proficiency in HubSpot, and solid project management abilities.

- Preferred: Background in managed charter or fractional ownership, familiarity with UHNW markets, and experience supporting sales with tailored materials.

• Schedule & Travel: Standard business hours with potential night/weekend work, and up to 10% travel required.
